Conducts regular performance reviews for all technicians in accordance with dealership guideline.
- Guiding and Maintaining discipline of team.
- Aware of skill matrix of technician and allot the job work
- Ensures that all repairs are assigned to technicians in an equal and fair manner
- Monitoring & Updating workshop Progress control board & controlling Hot spots
- To distribute and control the issue of work to Technicians to maximize quality & overall efficieng
- Ensures repairs are charged out correctly with recommended LOP codes
- Checks progress of each Repair Order throughout the day
- Closely monitoring WIP, Same Day Delivery
- Fills in for Service Advisor and dispatcher when necessary
- strives for harmony and teamwork within the department and with all other departments
- Quality checking, ordering of parts, audit as well as health and safety compliance
- Ensure that cars are being diagnosed, maintained and repaired according to given technical standard and therefore ensure highest customer satisfaction.
- Laise with service departments, and will be on hand to answer queries from other department regarding repairs, maintenance etc

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
