Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
- Present product/service offerings persuasively to meet the needs of prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a CRM role, preferably with Zoho CRM expertise.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and meeting sales targets.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Zoho CRM, MS Office Suite, and other sales/communication tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
