**Job Title: HSE Supervisor**

**Location**: Tidong Reckong Peo

**Job Overview**:
As an HSE Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of health, safety, and environmental compliance within our organization. You will develop, implement, and maintain HSE programs and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a safe and healthy work environment. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to management and staff to foster a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify hazards, assess risks, and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
- Provide HSE training and awareness programs for employees to promote safe work practices and environmental sustainability.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor and analyze HSE performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement proactive measures to enhance safety and environmental performance.
- Liaise with regulatory agencies, external auditors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and requirements.
- Develop emergency response plans and procedures and conduct drills to ensure preparedness for potential emergencies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. (preferred)
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in HSE management.
- In-depth knowledge of applicable HSE regulations and standards, including OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify hazards, assess risks, and implement effective control measures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate HSE concepts and requirements to employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve HSE objectives.
