**Job Title: Accounts Executive (Printing and Packaging Industry)**

**Job Description**:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our printing and packaging company. As the Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all financial activities within the organization. Your primary goal will be to ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide strategic financial guidance to the management team.

**Responsibilities**:
**Financial Management**:

- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure efficient and effective financial operations.
- Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and analysis to the management team on a regular basis.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend appropriate actions.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.

**Accounting Operations**:

- Supervise the day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Review and approve financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and accounting principles.
- Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and financial statement preparation.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.

Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
- Monitor changes in accounting regulations and recommend adjustments to accounting processes and policies as needed.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, implement control measures, and maintain appropriate insurance coverage.
- Develop and implement strategies to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.

**Team Leadership and Development**:

- Lead, motivate, and develop the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in accounting and finance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or professional accounting qualification.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior accounting or finance role, preferably within the printing and packaging industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems ( Tally Prime )
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with other financial software tools.
- Solid understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent leadership and ownership mindset.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Should be good with Computers, Google drive Excel and have knowledge of Income Tax and GST return.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
