*Overview:*

Join a leading debt collections company, working on behalf of major USA banks. We are looking for motivated individuals with experience in international BPO for a pure voice process role. You will contact US citizens with outstanding credit card debts and help recover the amounts owed.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Make outbound calls to debtors in the USA to collect outstanding credit card debts.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and payment agreements.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.

*Qualifications:*
- Prior experience in international BPO.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism.
- No prior collections experience required.

*Compensation and Benefits:*
- Competitive salary up to CTC 5.35 LPA (₹28.2k in hand + ₹10k variable).

- Short working hours: 8-hour shifts with 7 hours of login.
