Back Office Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Managing office supplies and inventory.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Assisting in document preparation, data entry, and record-keeping.
- **Clerical Duties**:
- Filing and organizing documents, both physical and digital.
- Maintaining office equipment like printers and copiers.
- **Customer Interaction**:
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Handling inquiries and providing general information.
- **Team Coordination**:
- Supporting various departments with administrative tasks.
- Assisting in organizing company events or meetings.
- **Basic Financial Tasks**:
- Managing petty cash and tracking expenses.
- Assisting in preparing invoices and processing payments (if applicable).
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is an advantage but not always required).
- **Key Skills**:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- **Experience**:
- Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles (preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions).
- **Personal Traits**:
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
