Assistant Diemaker

**JOB DESCRIPTION OF ASSISTANT DIEMAKER ( DIE FITTER)**
**( MIDDLE LEVEL)**

1. Timing : 8.00 am to 8.00 p.m. ( 8 hours Regular duty + 4 hours Overtime)
2. Payment _ RS. 450/- to 500/- for 8 hrs.
Rs. 18,000/- to Rs. 20,000/
- 3. Reporting to - Subodh Joshi.
4. Age - 25 to 35 yrs.
5. Gender - Male.
6. Job Purpose - To assist Die maker.
7. Primary Responsibilities - To support Die maker for completing Assembly & Blue matching process within given Schedule.
8. Education - SSC
9. Experience - 5 to 10 yrs.
10. Technical Skills - a) Must be very good at Measuring Instrument, like Vernier, Micrometer, Depth gauge, Bore gauge ,Filler gauge etc b) To operate - Lathe M/c, Conv. Milling M/c, Surface Grinding M/c, Drill M/c. c) Must be capable of Sharpening Tools, Drills etc., d) Must be able to use Hand Grinder, power cutter etc., e) Fluent in Drilling, Tapping, Chamfering, Deburring and other relevant processes need for Assembly & Blue matching.
11. Ability to hold/ clamp the job on any above machine, Dialing & generating reference for further operations.
12. Healthy enough to handle Plates, Inserts, Assembled moulds.
13. Must be Enthusiastic and Sportive in nature ( Team Spirit.)
14. Professional enough to inform about Late coming, Leave, concession & long Leave responsibly.
15. Must be careful about all the instruments and accessories to maintain & store at designated places.
