**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive training materials and curriculum for.NET courses, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessments.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to individuals and groups, either in-person or through virtual platforms.
- Customize training content and delivery methods to meet the diverse needs of participants, ranging from beginners to experienced developers.
- Provide guidance and support to trainees as they work through coding exercises and projects, offering assistance and answering questions.
- Stay updated on the latest features and best practices in.NET development to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of training programs.
- Evaluate the performance and progress of trainees through assessments and feedback mechanisms, adjusting training strategies as needed to optimize learning outcomes.
- Assist in marketing and promoting training programs to attract participants and expand the reach of our training offerings.
- Maintain training environments, including development tools and resources, ensuring they are properly configured and accessible to trainees.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in.NET development, with expertise in C#, ASP.NET, and other related technologies.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs, preferably in the field of.NET development.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic training environment.
- Passion for learning and staying updated on emerging technologies and trends in.NET development.
- Familiarity with virtual training platforms and tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Moodle) is a plus.
- Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) or other relevant certifications are desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 24 per week
