1.Problem solving, reduce downtime with minimum time limit

2.Analysis of breakdown to improve availability of the equipment

3.To make spare readiness for the immediate usage at the time of any problem.

Decision making authority (Decisions expected)

1)To stop the mill to avoid equipment further deteoration and correct failure

2)To provide work permit and other Permits for the Safe working methods.

3)To Maintain the Spares list, Spares Jobs and do the Job planning on daily basis for maintenance jobs.
