**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Monitor Health and Safety - monitor incidents of injury, illness, and other situations within an assigned geographic area.
- Develop Strategies - design strategies to reduce incidents of accidents, and other issues that may affect public safety.
- Site Investigate - investigate environmental accidents and other public safety concerns within their sit as well as investigate reported incidents.
- Give Presentations about current safety hazards based on market research to educate others about avoiding health, safety, and environmental hazards.
- Assess risks associated with tools and equipment, jobsites, and work environments.
- Risk Assessment and Control: Identifying potential hazards in the workplace through thorough risk assessments, evaluating their severity, and implementing appropriate control measures to mitigate risks.
- Safe Work Practices and Procedures: Developing, documenting, and promoting safe work practices and procedures specific to the organization's activities. This includes providing clear instructions, training, and supervision to ensure employee understanding and compliance.
- Accident Investigation and Reporting: Conducting thorough investigations of accidents and incidents to identify root causes, prevent future occurrences, and ensure proper reporting to relevant authorities as per MHRSD requirements.
- Emergency Preparedness and Response: Developing and implementing emergency response plans for various scenarios like fires, chemical spills, natural disasters, and medical emergencies. This includes training employees on evacuation procedures, first aid, and proper use of emergency equipment.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Selecting, supplying, and ensuring proper use of appropriate PPE by employees based on specific job hazards and risks.
- HSE Audits and Inspections: Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify potential HSE hazards, non-compliance with regulations, and areas for improvement. This ensures continuous monitoring and proactive risk management.
- Liaison with Government Agencies: Maintaining communication and cooperation with relevant government agencies like MHRSD and the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture regarding HSE matters, staying updated on changes in regulations, and reporting incidents as necessary.
- HSE Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate and thorough records of all HSE activities, including risk assessments, training records, incident reports, and audits. Preparing regular reports for management and authorities on HSE performance.

**QUALIFICATION**

**Bachelor's degree in engineering**

**CERTIFICATION**

NEBOSH IGC Certified

**EXPERIENCE**

Minimum 5-7 years, preferably from Signage industry

**SKILLS**
- organization skills to manage and analyze multiple safety projects
- Work well under pressure and have impressive stress management.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Outstanding time-management.
- Attention to detail.

This profile will be based for our Branch at Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
