Job Opening: Plant In-Charge - Wada, Palghar *

We are hiring a *Plant In-Charge* to lead our manufacturing facility If you have a strong background in industrial operations and leadership, this is your chance to make an impact. Join us and be responsible for optimizing production processes, managing teams, and maintaining high standards in safety and efficiency.

*Location:* Wada, Palghar

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Oversee production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Manage plant staff, including training and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with departments for timely deliveries and schedules.
- Maintain machinery and ensure smooth operations.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Identify and implement cost-effective solutions for process improvements.

*Requirements:*
- Degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in managing plant operations.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in furnace manufacturing or metals processing preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
