Tele Caller Executive

Ø Digital marketing leads followup
- Responsible to attend to the incoming phone calls and connect them to the concerned department.

Ø Responsible to maintain the hospital telephone lines clear and undisturbed at most of the times.

Ø Responsible to check the intercom lines and instruments and use the service of telephone technician in case of any repairs.

Ø Responsible to make complains to the telephone department in case of any fault/ damage / breakage

Ø Responsible to receive the phone calls and provide prompt information or guide the caller to the appropriate person as required.

Ø Responsible to maintain a complete list of phone numbers of all doctors, their cell numbers, and their residential phone numbers.

Ø Responsible to connect calls to these numbers if necessary and as requested.

Ø Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the telephone exchange.

Ø Responsible to provide the facility of morning alarm for patients who have requested.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
