We are looking to expand our Community Operations team in Bangalore.
Our Community Operations team is responsible for helping blue collar job seekers find suitable opportunities, guide them through the process, and set them up for success.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Willingness to work in a team environment, contributing to a collaborative work environment where people learn from one another and continuously improve processes on behalf of users.
- You will engage with potential users ( job seekers across the blue-collar segment) to help them find an ideal job on our platform.
- Coordinate with the users job seekers and employers in their efforts until successfully hired.
- Build relationships and trust with the users through interactive communication.
- Identify customer pain points and challenges and recommend solutions.

**Success Criterion**
- The role will focus on developing scalable processes to engage and retain job seekers. This requires a commitment to operational excellence, as well as creative thinking with a strong customer-centric mindset.
- This role calls for versatile profiles that have a knack for solving problems along with the ability to push new initiatives, positively challenge the status quo and make the role what they want it to be.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 1+ years total work experience in a high-growth, productive constantly changing environment.
- Work experience in customer-centric industries (ex. Hotels, airlines, banking) is preferred.

**Traits and Skills**:

- You communicate clearly. You write well. You speak eloquently. You are good at explaining anything to anyone over the phone and in writing.
- Speaking in Hindi is a must. Any other language like English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada is a plus.
