Aari Worker

We are seeking skilled and passionate Aari Workers to join our team. As an Aari Worker, you will be responsible for creating intricate hand-embroidered designs using the traditional Aari stitch technique, a type of needlework that requires both precision and artistry. This role involves working on a variety of fabric types to produce beautiful, detailed embroidery on garments, home decor items, and accessories.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Embroidery Design Creation**: Use the Aari embroidery technique to create delicate and intricate designs on various fabrics (cotton, silk, chiffon, etc.) as per the given design or client specifications.
- **Pattern Design and Stitching**: Follow patterns, tracing designs onto fabric, and skillfully executing detailed stitching using the Aari needle and thread.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all embroidered work meets high-quality standards, with attention to detail and perfection in stitching, symmetry, and color matching.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
