We are seeking highly motivated Outbound Telesales Advisor to join our team and drive sales across various industries.

As a Outbound Telesales Advisor will be responsible for generating sales for our premium services through self-sourcing and networking, Tele calling.

This is a Salary Plus commission role with the opportunity to earn generous commissions ranging from 5 % up to 10% on each sale.

We provide complete support including training, marketing materials, Business Cards, Company ID Card, Online attendance System, Business Meeting Support, target area selection support, to help you build your contacts and stay motivated.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Mediasparkk's digital marketing services.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand the needs and pain points of potential clients.
- Present information about our products and services in a compelling and persuasive manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
- Prospect, qualify, and close sales opportunities for our premium services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our services.
- Self-source leads and identify new business opportunities in your assigned target Segment.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve sales targets and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and services is a plus.
