What you’ll achieve

As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling Complete IT (Hardware+Software) products and services while focusing on developing new acquisition accounts and expanding existing accounts. You will support the field sales leader while working effectively in a team environment towards goals.

You will (Key Responsibility Area):

- Work with customers and innovative solutions to business opportunities
- Achieve targets by selling Complete solutions via outbound calling, consultation and other influential selling techniques - Maintain good business relationships with customers to conduct needs analysis, relay product information and provide technical specifications, quotations and tenders
- Work closely with Account Executive/outside sales representatives and distributors to acquire new opportunities - Be responsible to increase business with Enterprise sized accounts
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend alternative business solutions to customers.
- Use in-depth knowledge of product, technology and services to become a trusted business advisor for customers and partners
- Acquire and Retention of accounts, including account planning, sales forecasting, engaging cross-functional resources and working with the virtual teams to ensure alignment across the organizations
- Regularly engage with decision makers at client facilities in performing primary duties
- Provide sales leadership and experience on large, sophisticated opportunities

Essential Requirements
- Intermediate understanding of the full range of products and services
- Previous experience in relationship selling
- Ability to identify how Our products and services align to customer needs
- Good understanding of computer technology
- Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
- Research skills, curiosity about business components

Desirable Requirements
- Min. 2+ years Experience in same IT Sales Industry (OEM Business Understanding, Partner Business Knowledge), Bachelor’s degree

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
