Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors, to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.

3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and networking within the FMCG industry.

4. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products, effectively communicating value propositions to potential clients.

5. Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with customers to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties.

6. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to management, keeping them informed of sales performance and market trends.

7. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer orders.

8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.

9. Represent **PRAGATI EDIBLE PROCESSING PRIVATE LIMITED** at trade shows, industry events, and conferences to promote our brand and products effectively.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the **FMCG **sector, preferably with 1 years of sales experience.

3. Strong understanding of **FMCG** market dynamics, including distribution channels, pricing strategies, and consumer behavior.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.

5. Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding customer expectations and delivering exceptional service.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.

7. Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

8. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory, as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
