Ø He/She is responsible for planning the academic teaching programmes of the students by coordinating with the head and higher authorities.
Ø He/She should have a good communication, interpersonal and management skill.
Ø He/She should have a detailed knowledge in their profession.
Ø He/She is responsible for planning the orientation, class, practical and exam schedules of students.
Ø Should plan curriculum with the cooperation and coordination of head.
Ø Should plan teaching classroom and clinical courses.
Ø Should prepare for classes and demonstration, displays of educational materials on the notice board.
Ø Should guide the students in methods of study and use of reference books.
Ø Should conduct periodic and terminal tests on periodic basis.
Ø Should organize seminars, panel discussions, debates, etc... for students.
Ø Should oversee student’s lab and clinical works.
Ø Should maintain permanent and cumulative records of students.
Ø Should instruct students in radiographic examination; demonstrate positions, techniques, use of equipments and safety precautions.
Ø Should prepare syllabi, class timetables, examination schedules and instructional aides.
Ø Should maintain student records including logs, performance evaluations, clinical written assignments and film critiques.
Ø Should prepare and deliver effective lectures/lessons to students.
Ø Should ensure that all classroom/lab equipments are maintained and at good working order.
Ø Should understand and enforce rules and policies for students.
Ø Should supervise lab assistants.
Ø Should stay up to date with clinical trends and maintain inventory of medical equipments for training and impart appropriate knowledge.
Ø Should keep curriculum, performance standards, competencies, lesson plans and tests in lieu with industry needs.
Ø Should maintain all department manuals and documents up-to-date for all audit purposes.
Ø Should attend all meetings and training programmes conducted by the department and head.
Ø Should abide all rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the organization. In case of any discrepancies necessary action will be taken by the management.
Ø Should follow leave procedure and inform higher authority before availing any leave.
Ø Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
