**What you’ll do**

Support the team with exploring and conceptualising design approaches and solutions across packaging, brand development and retail design that maintain Landor’s vision and creative beliefs.
- Work in conjunction with our core Design team along with other departments such as Strategy and Client Servicing.
- Learn and grow with a basic understanding of design principles and thinking.
- Explore and experiment with design software, developing your skills.

**What you’ll need**
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with the added advantage if you are familiar with InDesign, After Effects, and Blender.
- An portfolio, demonstrating recent work.
- An interest in current creative and design trend knowledge and skills.
- Good communication skills
