Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Perform emergency medical procedures, including initial assessments, resuscitation, stabilization, and treatment of critically ill or injured patients.

2. Manage and monitor patients in the ICU, including advanced life support, ventilation, and administration of medications.

3. Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations, diagnose patients' conditions, and develop appropriate treatment plans.

4. Utilize medical equipment and technology effectively to aid in patient care and diagnosis.

5. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and treatment.

6. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patients' conditions, treatment plans, and progress.

7. Stay updated with the latest medical advancements, guidelines, and best practices in emergency medicine and ICU procedures.

8. Provide guidance and support to junior medical staff, interns, and nurses.

9. Ensure compliance with relevant medical ethics, legal regulations, and quality standards.

**Requirements**:
1. Medical Degree (MBBS) from a recognized institution.

2. Valid and active medical license to practice as an MBBS Doctor.

3. Minimum [X] years of experience in emergency medicine and ICU procedures.

4. Sound knowledge of medicine, surgical assessment, and diagnosis.

5. Proficient in emergency medical procedures, resuscitation techniques, and advanced life support.

6. Ability to work effectively and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

9. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

10. Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

11. Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Postgraduate degree or specialization in Emergency Medicine or Critical Care Medicine.

2. Additional certifications in ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), or ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support).

3. Prior experience working in a hospital or healthcare facility with a high-volume emergency department or ICU.
