**Planning and scheduling**Develops maintenance schedules and procedures, and assigns work to technicians
- **Inspecting**Evaluates facilities and systems to identify maintenance needs, and conducts regular inspections to plan repairs
- **Supervising**Hires, trains, and evaluates maintenance staff, and ensures they follow company procedures and regulations
- **Maintaining**Ensures equipment is properly maintained, and recommends upgrades or purchases when needed
- **Communicating**Communicates with senior management and staff, and ensures compliance with health and safety regulations
- **Budgeting**Assists with budget estimates and costs for repairs, and ensures the maintenance budget is followed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
