**Website Management**:

- Develop and implement strategies for website design, content, and functionality to enhance user experience and drive engagement.
- Manage website updates, including the creation and publication of new content, product information, and promotions.
- Monitor website performance metrics, analyze traffic patterns, and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to align website initiatives with overall business objectives.
- **ERP System Administration**:

- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and customization of the ERP system to meet the company's specific needs and requirements.
- Manage user access, permissions, and security settings within the ERP platform to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on ERP functionality, processes, and best practices.
- Coordinate with external vendors or consultants as needed for system upgrades, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- **Integration and Optimization**:

- Facilitate the integration between the website and ERP system to streamline data flow and improve operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within the ERP system to optimize workflows and minimize manual tasks.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to website development, ERP systems, and technology solutions to drive continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
