Job Description: HR Recruiter (Thibstas Talent)

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.

**Screening and Selection**:
**Interview Process Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate the logístical aspects of the interview process, including arranging interview rooms, video conference setups, and travel arrangements when necessary.

**Recruitment Metrics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze recruitment data to measure the effectiveness of various sourcing strategies and recruitment channels.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the recruitment process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.
- Sound knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India is a plus.
