**Position**:Process Coordinator (System Process Flow & coordination)

**Qualification**: B.Com/M.Com

**Experience**: Having experience 4-6 years

Preference: Having experience in Pharmaceuticals, Phytochemicals and herbal division is preferable.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

Understand and document business processes, workflows and associated data

Analyze process & workflow to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks

Develop process improvement recommendations and present to process owners

Assist with the development and implementation of process improvements

Monitor process performance post-implementation and further improvements

Train process users on new or improved processes and maintain process documentation

Coordinate cross-functional teams during process redesign or improvement projects

Serve as a liaison between process stakeholders (like production, packaging, Quality team, stores, sales team, accounts, engineering & projects) and management to ensure the smooth operation

Perform root cause analysis on process issues and support process audits

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
