**Job Description**:

- ** JOB PURPOSE**

Provide guest service and assist guests with luggage and other items.

EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES & EMPOWERMENT**
- To have complete knowledge of hotel facilities.
- To be responsible for luggage deliver and pickup.
- To have knowledge of Accor’s Program e.g. Le Club.

KEY OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Operational**
- Give feedback to Concierge Manager on the process improvement.
- Assist Concierge Manager in maintaining positive work environment.

**Guest Loyalty**
- Build relationship with guests to delight and gain loyalty
- Ensure that all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care adhering the hotel’s policies and procedures.

Must have complete knowledge of the city and hotel facilities to assist guest with different requests

**Operational Processes**
- Coordinates and ensure timely deliveries and collection of guest luggage.
- Maintains all quality standards and procedures from guest’s pre‐arrival, to guest’s arrival, to guest’s in‐house stay to guest’s departure.
- Handles all guest requests and enquires in professional and helpful manner.

**Administration**
- Ensure proper record is maintained for all guest deliveries.
- Maintain and updates relevant information to handle guest enquires.
- Maintain and updates the record of long term luggage storage.
