- Identify business potential based on customer visit, parts transaction, parts life, market information to Generate Lead.
- Monitor / Analyze 6 Stages of Funnel Process & Review and discuss with AR / customer till order realization.
- Discuss with the customer about performance of the Product and Collect Product Performance data / Voice of Customer / Positive Referral.
- Plan the Customer for the Snap Audit based on Machine Life / Conditions & Visit Customer and Check all the machines with the prescribed format.
- Check the condition of the Parts take snap shot where ever required & Explain the Importance and need for the replacement of the Component and enthuse customer.
- Capture / Update customer details with Machine Details and Running Life of Items & Identify customer wise potential for Parts based on life and for PEK based on applicability of Machine numbers.
- Map & Tap Customers to achieve Daily / weekly / Monthly / Yearly Business Plan Targets.
- Visit the Potential customer with the Sales Document and Enthuse customer for Replacement of Key Parts / Consumables and & Generate Enquiry.
- Analyze last 3years repair service behavior of Customer on Repair Service & Promote FTS benefits and Deliverable to customer and Enthuse customer for Enrollment in FTS.
- Potential Identification through Life of Repair Service Items & Promotion and Enthusing Customers to send the material to LMW for Repairing.
- Enhance Order Inflow from Parts & Components to achieve the targets.
- Achieve Revenue from Electrical & Mechanical Repair Services as per the target.
