**_ Responsibilities_**

**_
- **

**_ In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to O2C domain-_**

**_
- **
- **_The cash specialist will be responsible for posting payments from various lockboxes to the customer accounts_**

**_ _**
- **_The specialist will also be responsible for research and resolution of aged unidentified and unapplied cash receipts and accurate posting to customer accounts_**

**_ _**
- **_It will also include responsibilities to coordinate payments made by a lockbox, ACH/Wire, and other adjustments to customer account for credits/debits and account write-offs._**

**_ _**
- **_Reconcile Cash - Balance Accounting system funds against bank deposits and daily/monthly recon exercise._**

**_ _**
- **_Prepare Customer Refunds - This is a manual process of capturing documentation to troubleshoot._**

**_ _**
- **_Work with collections to resolve for unidentified cash_**

**_ _**

**_ _**
- **_Build SOPs for new processes, update current SOPs when vital_**

**_
- **

**_ Qualifications_**_ we seek in you_**

- **_B.Com graduation_**

**_ Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_**

- **_MBA - Finance_**

**_ _**
- **_Relevant work experience in Order to Cash_**

**_ _**
- **_Good analytical and problem-solving skills_**

**_ _**
- **_Ability to learn ERP systems with preferable knowledge of SAP_**

**_ _**

**_ _**
- **_Good conceptual knowledge and experience in tax activities preferred_**

**_ _**
- **_Excellent MS Office skills including MS Excel_**

**_ _**
- **_Good Communication Skills & Typing Speed_**

**_ _**
- **_Previous experience of working on process improvements is an added advantage_**
