**Position Overview**:As a Fashion Designer at Srinivi Boutique, you will play a pivotal role in creating and developing our fashion collections. You will be responsible for designing and conceptualizing clothing and accessories that align with our brand's aesthetic and resonate with our target audience. Your creativity and expertise will help us continue to push the boundaries of fashion design.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and create new fashion collections.
- Research and stay updated on current fashion trends, fabrics, and techniques.
- Develop sketches, mood boards, and prototypes to communicate your design concepts.
- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for production.
- Select fabrics, colors, and trims that align with the brand's vision.
- Oversee the entire design process from initial concept to final product.
- Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure the quality and timely delivery of products.
- Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to prototypes.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and visual presentations.
- Participate in photo shoots and promotional events to showcase new collections.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, interns, and team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
- Exceptional creativity and artistic talent.
- Strong understanding of garment construction and sewing techniques.
- Knowledge of fabric types, têxtiles, and production processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic fashion environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for trends.
- A passion for fashion and a deep understanding of market trends and consumer preferences.
