Logistics Trainer

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate

1 Design and develop instructor-led learning content that provides employees with essential means for job growth and success.

2 Seek continuous internal improvement of training programs, materials, and solutions and collaborate with leadership to create instructional content.

3 Continually evaluate learning interventions and programs to ensure high quality of execution.

4 Evaluate effectiveness of training by collecting data to determine most appropriate solution followed up with on-the-job training and feedback for employees.

5 Design and develop instructor-led learning content that provides employees with essential means for job growth and success.

6 Support the full suite of our client’s Learning & Development programming, onboarding, on-the-job, professional development, leadership development, sales development, and more.

7 Educate leadership on content creation processes, policies, and best practices.

Pay: ₹162,000.00 - ₹198,000.00 per year
