**Job Location - Jaipur, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Indore**.

Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with DSA, Agencies ensuring their needs are met, and proactively seeking out new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed **credit card sales** targets.
- Recruit, train, and monitor performance of **DSAs **to maximize sales potential.
- Build strong relationships with DSAs, banking partners, and internal teams.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales professionals to achieve objectives.
- Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and implement control measures.

Requirements:

- **1+ years of credit card sales and DSA channel management experience.**
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- **Knowledge of credit card products, industry regulations, and market dynamics.**
- Result-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.

**Salary**: ₹302,114.88 - ₹700,000.46 per year
