Centralized Billing Executive for Ambrosia

**Key Responsibilities of Centralized billing executive**
- Generate invoices for our products and purchase entry in the tally
- Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and payment transactions.
- Cross-check invoices against sales and product delivery records to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and correct discrepancies or errors in billing.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on billing, outstanding payments, and revenue to the management team.
- Coordinate with the sales team, kitchen staff, and management to ensure billing aligns with product offerings and promotions.
- Verification of stock for all SO items
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstock or understock situations.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Previous experience in a billing or accounts receivable role is preferred.
- Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to addressing billing discrepancies.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and relevant regulations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
