Maintain proper documentation of all in patients file (i.e. Discharge summary, final bill, diagnosis of all, consent form etc.).
- Prepare analysis to evaluation of medical records in accordance with hospital standard.
- To arrange for completion of records with co-operation of Doctors, medical and nursing staff.
- Protect medical records especially medico legal case from unauthorized disclose, so as to maintain confidentiality.
- Update & maintain of medical records as per hospital policies & protocols.
- Observe medical ethics as recommended for medical records professionals.
- Enter data such as demographic characteristics, history, extent of disease, diagnostic procedures, treatment, ICD, ICP coding & for IPD files into computer.
- Prepares statistical reports, narrative reports and graphic presentations of tumor registry data for use by hospital staff, researchers and other users.
- Prepare indicator every month for quality purpose.

Any other professional work assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- NEAR DURGAPURA BUS STAND, JAIPUR: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
