Stay up-to-date with relevant labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to employment, such as minimum wage, working hours, benefits, and safety standards.
Monitor and maintain records related to compliance activities, including registrations, and documentation.
Conduct periodic audits to assess compliance levels and identify areas for improvement.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Compliance management: 2 years (preferred)
