**Job Title: Safety Steward**

**Overview**:
As a Safety Steward, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals within our organization. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety procedures, conducting regular inspections, and providing guidance to maintain a safe working environment. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential hazards.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Implement Safety Protocols**: Enforce safety policies and procedures established by the organization. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
- **Conduct Inspections**: Perform routine inspections of facilities, equipment, and work areas to identify potential hazards or safety concerns. Document findings and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- **Provide Safety Training**: Develop and deliver safety training programs to employees, contractors, and visitors. Cover topics such as emergency procedures, hazard recognition, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- **Investigate Incidents**: Investigate accidents, near misses, and safety incidents to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences. Document findings and make recommendations for improvement.
- **Maintain Safety Records**: Keep accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incident reports. Prepare reports for management review and regulatory compliance.
- **Promote Safety Culture**: Foster a culture of safety awareness and accountability among employees. Encourage open communication and participation in safety initiatives.
- **Coordinate Emergency Response**: Act as a liaison with emergency response personnel and coordinate emergency drills or evacuation procedures. Ensure that emergency equipment and supplies are maintained and readily accessible.
- **Stay Informed**: Keep abreast of industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging safety trends. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
