**- Making dispatch Report & manifests (Challan sheet) all vehicles.**

**- Making Bank Reconciliation with ERP system.**

**- Monthly Pending order Report.**

**- Making Daily Stock and sales report.**

**- Manage stock - Row material, Packing material, Finishing Goods.**

**- Unloading/loading on Godown.**

**- Make the dispatch details on excel sheet.**
- Material Issue to Production Team by ERP and Issue slip.
- Inward Raw / Packing Material follow up.

Directing, Coordinating, Planning and overseeing tasks and operations in the Company. Track the movement of goods,

Products, materials and prepare transportation schedules. Deliver the material safely and timely.
- Keep update tracker Physical of flow through.
- Maintenance of vehicle.
- Vendor coordination.
- Customer satisfaction.
- Creating Docket.
- Preparing different reports for requirement.
- Go for delivered stock audit if not delivered in same condition.
