Job Summary:
The LPG Plant Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating and maintaining liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) plants and equipment. This role involves monitoring and controlling the LPG production process, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and performing routine maintenance tasks. The LPG Plant Operator plays a critical role in maintaining a reliable and efficient production process while prioritizing safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:
LPG Plant Operation: Operate and control the LPG plant, including storage tanks, compressors, pumps, and related equipment, to ensure consistent production and supply of LPG.

Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including the safe handling of LPG, emergency response procedures, and environmental compliance. Monitor and maintain safety equipment.

Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and inspections on plant equipment. Identify and report any malfunctioning equipment or potential issues to the maintenance team.

Quality Control: Monitor the quality of LPG production by regularly conducting tests and inspections. Adjust operating parameters as needed to maintain product quality.

Product Transfer: Safely transfer LPG to storage tanks, tanker trucks, or other containers. Ensure proper loading and unloading procedures and documentation.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of equipment operations, safety checks, production logs, and maintenance activities. Report any deviations or issues promptly.

Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to emergencies, including equipment malfunctions, leaks, and other incidents. Follow established emergency response procedures and protocols.

Communication: Communicate effectively with the Plant Supervisor, maintenance team, and other colleagues to ensure a smooth and coordinated operation.

Environmental Stewardship: Follow environmental regulations and company policies related to emissions, waste disposal, and other environmental matters. Report any environmental incidents or concerns.

Training and Development: Stay updated on industry best practices, safety regulations, and new technologies. Participate in training programs and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training related to LPG operations is a plus.

Relevant experience in operating LPG plants or similar process equipment is preferred.

Understanding of safety protocols and emergency response procedures.

Ability to work in a physically demanding and potentially hazardous environment.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Basic knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial equipment.

Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Ability to stand, walk, climb, and perform physically demanding tasks.

Good vision and hearing to monitor equipment and respond to alarms.

9 hrs shift duty

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
