**Position Summary**:
**Your Responsibilities**:

- **Payroll Processing**: Accurately process payroll for all employees in a timely manner.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
- **Reporting**: Prepare relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports.
- **Issue Resolution**: Handle payroll discrepancies through detailed analysis and resolution.
- **System Management**: Manage and maintain our payroll system, ensuring all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with Human Resources and Accounting teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a payroll specialist or payroll manager.
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices.
- High degree of professionalism.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software and databases.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
