The tasks a PDI In-Charge is expected to perform include:

- Monitoring technicians to ensure all repairs are done correctly
- Ensuring a steady supply of materials, spare parts and other materials
- Inspecting the completed work
- Ensuring all work is properly documented
- Reporting to the Manager in case of any deviations
- Ensuring timely and hassle-free delivery to the customers

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of the technical specifications of Motorcycles
- Basic knowledge of technologies used in the components of the vehicle
- Ability to manage a team of PDI Technicians
- Knowledge of the technical resources needed for work and how to obtain them
