**Job Description: Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Sales and Marketing (Real Estate) for Himachal Pradesh Residential Projects based at Mohali.**
**Responsibilities**:
1. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets, identify new opportunities, and penetrate target markets. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies continually.
2. Marketing Planning and Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute result-driven marketing campaigns, both online and offline. Leverage various marketing channels to increase brand visibility and attract potential buyers and investors.
3. Team Leadership: Provide direction, guidance, and support to the sales and marketing teams. Set clear goals, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a high-performance culture that motivates and empowers team members to excel.
4. Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to proactively respond to changing market dynamics and identify business opportunities.
5. Customer Relationship Management: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent client relationships and addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
6. Budgeting and Reporting: Prepare and manage budgets for sales and marketing activities. Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to the senior management team.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as finance, operations, and property development, to align sales and marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
8. Real Estate Sales: Handle major client accounts and complex deals, ensuring smooth transactions and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
Required Work Experience:
- Proven track record in real estate sales and marketing with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, leading teams and achieving sales targets.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, industry trends, and legal regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on mentoring and developing team members.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM software, and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
