**Key Accountabilities**
- Monitoring the uploading of workmen attendance across the project sites in Regions
- Identify training needs of workmen from projects
- Monitoring and maintaining the data base for the following activities
- Facilitate Subcontractors Meeting
- Co-ordinate with site management to ensure the following are carried out as per schedule
- Attendance
- Engagement (5S implementation)
- Motivation
- Retention
- Training of workmen
- Workmen welfare
- Workmen and subcontractor Performance Evaluation
- Preparing and sending monthly MIS reports to HQ
- Undertaking regular project visits
- Network with other HRW functions if any assigned from time to time
- Preparing annual budget for his functions and getting approval from management

Monitor and ensure expenditures within the allocated budget

Experience: 5 to 18 years of experience in construction
