**About the team**

The team is about handling the Over all Fintech related activities for the Flipkart Group. This includes supporting teams in NBFC, Buy Now Pay Later Constructs, Digital Lending Guidelines & InsureTech

**You are Responsible for**:

- Good acumen in the financial regulatory sector involving NBFC Compliance & Digital Lending.
- Understand financial constructs
- support team for drafting & Negotiations agreements in the space of Digital Lending & NBFC.
- Enable business without compromising on the process
- Ability to multitask and be flexible to work in other Departments as well
- Good team player with a collaborative approach in completing assignments.
- Meticulous and punctual.
- Leverage business understanding / functional expertise to deliver value to stakeholders

**Qualifications & Relevant Experience**:

- LLB/LLM from a reputed Law Colleges
- 6 to 8 yrs of experience in the relevant role
