Commerce Teacher

**Responsibilities**:
Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that facilitate student understanding and mastery of commerce concepts, including accounting, economics, business studies, and related topics.

Establish and maintain a positive and conducive learning environment in the classroom. Implement effective strategies for managing student behavior and promoting a respectful and disciplined atmosphere.

Utilize proactive measures to effectively control student behavior and maintain discipline within the classroom setting. Implement appropriate consequences for behavioral infractions while fostering a supportive and respectful learning environment.

Design and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and achievement. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth and development.

7. **Professional Development**: Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance teaching skills, stay abreast of current educational trends and best practices, and contribute to the overall improvement of the school's instructional program.

Qualifications:

- B.Ed. degree with a specialization in commerce in bachelor's education.
- Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to effectively control student behavior and maintain discipline.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to student-centered teaching practices and academic excellence.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and administrators.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
