This role is with Brand Concepts Ltd., a well-known Fashion & Lifestyle Accessories retail entity and premier resource for licensed brand (Tommy Hilfiger) and in-house brands (Sugarush and The Vertical) in category - Travel Gear, such as Luggage Trolleys, Backpacks, Small Leather Goods like Belts & Wallets for both Men & Women, Women Handbags and Lifestyle accessories.
**Position Summary**:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for a range of key responsibilities to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction:
- Coordinating with the Warehouse and Logistics team: You will work closely with our warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely deliveries of orders. This involves efficient communication and coordination to facilitate smooth order fulfillment processes.
- Maintaining customer relations: Your role will involve maintaining positive and productive relationships with our valued customers. You will address their queries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, providing appropriate solutions and assistance to enhance their overall experience.
- Managing refunds and returns: Handling the refund and return processes is an integral part of your responsibilities. You will process customer requests, verify eligibility, and manage the necessary documentation and procedures, ensuring a seamless and efficient resolution for customers.
- Coordinating with the E-Commerce team: Collaboration with the E-Commerce team is essential to provide the best services to our customers. You will work closely with this team, sharing customer feedback, insights, and suggestions to continuously improve our offerings and enhance the overall customer experience.
As a member of our customer support team, you will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and empathy towards customers. Your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, is crucial in ensuring clear and concise interactions. Additionally, your problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment will contribute to your success in this role.
- Possess 1-4 years of demonstrated experience in Customer Handling.
- Hold a graduation degree in a relevant field.
- Possess knowledge of logistics and E-Commerce, which will be considered advantageous.
- Confident on MS Office.
