**Job Title**: Hair Trainer

**Location: Ambala City**

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Experience Required**: 1-2 years in the hairdressing and styling industry

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct practical and theoretical training sessions in hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
- Develop and deliver lesson plans, training materials, and demonstrations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and tools in hairdressing and share this knowledge with students.
- Provide individual guidance and support to students to help them improve their skills.
- Monitor student progress, assess their performance, and provide feedback.
- Ensure safety and hygiene standards are maintained in all training sessions.
- Assist in organizing workshops, demonstrations, and seminars for students.
- Collaborate with other trainers to develop comprehensive beauty training programs.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a hairdresser or hairstylist (1-2 years minimum).
- Certified training in hairdressing or cosmetology.
- Strong knowledge of various hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Passionate about education and skill development in the beauty industry.
- Ability to stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into training.
