We Avec U is an ISO-certified (9001:2015) autonomous mental health, life sciences. educational, and research organization affiliated with the NCS-Ministry of Labour & Employment, NSDL, ICPEM, UNESCO-CID, NBCA, and IAOTH with a major focus on _**CLINIC, INTERNSHIPS TRAININGS AND CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS, CAREER GUIDANCE, ACADEMY, RESEARCH FOUNDATION, BRAIN & LIFE SCIENCES RESEARCH FOUNDATION**_**.** We Avec U wish to construct a world that encourages a shared approach to psychic wellness wherein anyone, anytime, can obtain the support and resources they deserve and ultimately reach the unreachable.

**JOB ROLE -**
- Create visually compelling designs for various digital and print materials, such as brochures, posters, infographics, and website graphics.
- Assist in the development of brand identities, including logo design, color palettes, and typography selection.
- Conduct research on design trends, competitor analysis, and audience preferences to inform design decisions.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design deliverables.
- Experiment with new design techniques and tools to enhance creativity and workflow efficiency.
- Contribute to the creation of multimedia content, such as videos, animations, and interactive presentations.
- Assist in the management of digital asset libraries and archives for easy access and retrieval.
- Take initiative to propose design solutions, suggest process improvements, and contribute to team brainstorming sessions.

**ELIGIBILITY -**
- Experience required of 10 to 12 months.
- Can be of any stream. Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related fields is a plus.
- Should have a keen eye for aesthetics and details with strong video editing and illustrations skills.
- Expert knowledge of Canva Pro, illustrator and other related software’s.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
