Admission Counselor

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Bengaluru. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, answering incoming calls and making follow-up calls to enrolled students. The Admissions Counselor will also be responsible for enrolling students into different programs, implementing marketing strategies, and participating in recruitment events. The Admissions Counselor should have excellent interpersonal communication, communication, customer service, sales, and education skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent interpersonal communication and communication skills
- Exceptional customer service, sales, and education skills
- Experience in education or sales preferred
- Ability to connect with prospective and existing students
- Experience in customer relationship management systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communications or related field

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
