**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Social Media Strategy & Management**:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage and monitor multiple social media accounts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.
- Schedule and publish daily posts, stories, and updates across platforms.
- Monitor trends and identify new opportunities for engagement.
- **Content Creation & Curation**:
- Create original, high-quality, and engaging content (images, videos, graphics, and copy) tailored to each platform’s audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that content aligns with brand messaging, campaigns, and promotional objectives.
- Curate and share relevant content from other sources to maintain a balanced content mix.
- **Community Engagement & Customer Service**:
- Actively engage with followers, answer questions, and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and nurture relationships with online communities and influencers to foster brand loyalty.
- Monitor brand mentions and customer feedback to identify potential opportunities or issues.
- **Performance Analysis & Reporting**:
- Track social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or native platform analytics.
- Generate and present reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, website traffic, and conversion metrics.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize and improve social media strategies.
- **Collaboration & Campaign Support**:
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, design, etc.) to support product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
- Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Coordinate with external influencers, partners, and agencies to amplify content and campaigns.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience managing social media accounts (3+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate original and engaging content.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills (experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus).
- Experience with paid advertising on social media platforms is a bonus.
