**Job Summary**:
The PCD Sales Associate is responsible for expanding our pharmaceutical product distribution through the PCD (Propaganda Cum Distribution) model. This role involves promoting products, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets by working closely with healthcare professionals and distributors.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Business Development**:
- Identify and secure new PCD partners and distributors.
- Present and promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers and partners.
- Meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- **Client Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Provide training and support to PCD partners on product details and sales techniques.
- **Market Analysis and Compliance**:
- Conduct market research and provide insights on trends and competitive activities.
- Ensure all activities comply with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, particularly with the PCD model.
- **Skills**:
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
