Printstop is hiring Front desk cum Admin Executive for our head office located in Elphinstone Road.

Work days: Mon to Sat(Sunday is a fixed off)

Job Role:
Front Desk responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Manage stationary & T-shirt stock on a monthly basis
- Responsible for upkeep of Office Infrastructure (phones, AC, lights, chairs etc) including AMCs happening on time
- Vendor Management & Registration

HR & Admin Responsibilites:

- Assist in attendance cross checking on a monthly basis
- Process employee loan/advance request
- Update New joinee details in Employee Master file & Payroll sfw, maintain individual employee file, issue joining kit, addition & deletion in biometric sfw
- Assist HR in completing exit formalities of staff who quit
- PF & ESIC registration
- Coordinate internally for monthly newsletter & Posters
- Addition/Deletion of employee data for GPA
- Other Admin task - Order HK material online etc

Education, Experience and Skillets:

- Graduate and atleast 2+ yrs of experience handling front desk and office admin responsibilities
- Hands on experience on EPABX system
- Google docs, Excel
- Eye for detail and should be meticuilous
- Negotiation skills
- team player
- Action oriented
- Learning and adaptability
- Good Time Management skills
- Good with Follow up and Coordination
- Good communication Skills
- Should be presentable and confident
