Job Description: ERP Administrator cum Web Master

**Job Summary**:
You will be responsible for managing and maintaining an organization's ERP system. Their primary job is to ensure that the ERP system is working efficiently and effectively to meet the organization's needs.

You will be responsible for maintaining and updating a WordPress-based website. This role involves ensuring that the website is up-to-date, secure, and optimized for search engines.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage ERP System: Manage the organization's ERP system, which includes installation, configuration, customization, and maintenance of the system.

Support and Train Users: Provide support to end-users and train them on how to use the ERP system. Respond to user questions and troubleshoot issues with the system.

Data Management: Manage and maintain data in the ERP system, including data entry, data backup, and data recovery.

System Security: Implement and maintain security measures to protect the ERP system from unauthorized access and security breaches.

System Upgrades: Plan, test, and implement upgrades to the ERP system to ensure that it is up-to-date and functioning properly.

Reporting: Generate reports and analyse data from the ERP system to provide insight into the organization's operations and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments within the organization, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure that the ERP system is meeting their needs.

Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to the ERP system, including user manuals, system configuration, and standard operating procedures.

Website Maintenance: Regularly maintain and update the website, including themes, plugins, and WordPress core updates.

Content Management: Manage and update website content, including creating new pages and posts, updating images and multimedia content, and ensuring that content is optimized for search engines.

WordPress Customization: Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet the website's specific needs, including adding custom functionality and integrating third-party tools.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content for search engines, including keyword research, optimizing content, and creating meta descriptions.

Website Security: Ensure that the website is secure and protected against hacking attempts, including implementing security plugins and maintaining backups of the website's data.
